A wonderful time was had by all at Phoenix Cooks yesterday! Don’t be fooled by the martini glasses – the girls were eating Tuna Tartare prepared by Sushi Roku in Scottsdale. My favorite dish was lobster mashed potatoes, served by Mastro’s Steakhouse – big chunks of lobster tail embedded in creamy mashed potatoes and made-from-scratch gravy.
