The first thing that a visitor will notice is the mature landscaping and the immaculately manicured lawn. A stone-faced full courtyard entry welcomes visitors with doorways leading to the main house or a casita with a full bathroom.

Upon entry into the house, the visitor is greeted by inlaid stone tile with an offset, bricklayed design. One can't help but notice the full bay windows and roaring fire in the fireplace as they enter the living room. Most of the windows are adorned with plantation shutters, and the house itself benefited from the expert touch of an interior designer. Warm, two-tone painted walls, window coverings, and light fixtures were all professionally coordinated.
